The high heaven removes the blanket of its clouds. It bows down before the Creator of mankind. The sun, the queen among the stars, spreads its rays like golden hair. The wind that blows over the earth, caresses the tops of the trees on its way, and we hear it talking in the branches. The birds sing in the trees and offer their song to the Lord of the earth. The flowers spread their colours and their scent. It is wonderful to see them. So my heart praises you too, my Father, anew at every dawn, you, my Creator. Through the dirt of everyday life springs the beauty of the divine. The water lily is therefore an important symbol in Hinduism Johann Hisch Image © Johann Hisch
