56 57 LAUDATO SI‘ Action Platform Caring for Our Common Home 7 goals * 7 sectors * 7 years Listening to the cry of the earth and the poor, promoting ecological management and education, strengthening a spirituality of ecology – this is the message of Pope Francis' encyclical "Laudato Si’" from 2015. The task of the Laudato Si’ Action Platform – LSAP – is to make creationfriendly action visible and to explore new paths. Sector 3: Education & School The Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development at the Vatican has developed this action platform to promote the ecological and social transformation of society. Together with the 278 PILGRIM schools and institutions, we invite all teachers and schools to gather, network and share their experiences and projects, materials and tools. Planning steps • Once a year, during the time of creation (1 September to 4 October), all participants should submit a report • Which cry from the earth or the poor in our precise environment will we respond to? • What do we want to achieve in the first year? • What goals can we consider for the next 7 years?
